We empower leaders and practitioners worldwide to work across disciplines and borders to enhance experience management practices. We do this through our collaborative global community model, thought leadership, mentorship, career development and programming, and local chapter engagement. As a non-profit organization [501(c)3] we are selflessly dedicated to advancing the practice of experience management globally.

Tom DeWitt Ph.D
Founder and Executive Director
Tom DeWitt, Ph.D., is the founder and former Director of CXM@MSU and the Academic Program Director for the Master of Science in Customer Experience Management (MS-CXM) program at the Broad College of Business, Michigan State University. In this role, he was dedicated to advancing customer experience management globally through conferences, online programs, workshops, and academic initiatives. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. DeWitt has provided customer experience management solutions to organizations and audiences worldwide. A true global citizen, he has traveled to more than 40 countries and lived in five, including Thailand, where he now spends his winters.
