Mentorship Circles are designed to celebrate mentorship, spark meaningful conversations, and build community within the XMGlobal Collaborative. Each 60-minute session includes a spotlight on mentor/mentee stories, a discussion on the value of mentorship in experience management, and interactive sharing through breakout rooms or open mic prompts. We’ll also walk through how to get involved in XMGlobal Connections and offer support for making great matches. Whether you're new to mentorship or looking to deepen your connections, there's space for everyone to learn, reflect, and grow.

SESSION TOPIC

Mentorship comes in many forms. It can develop through formal programs, informal relationships, or peer-to-peer connections. Regardless of the setting, the most meaningful mentorship relationships create opportunities for learning, growth, and mutual support, helping individuals advance both their personal and professional goals.
