Mentorship Circles are designed to celebrate mentorship, spark meaningful conversations, and build community within the XMGlobal Collaborative. Each 60-minute session includes a spotlight on mentor/mentee stories, a discussion on the value of mentorship in experience management, and interactive sharing through breakout rooms or open mic prompts. We’ll also walk through how to get involved in XMGlobal Connections and offer support for making great matches. Whether you're new to mentorship or looking to deepen your connections, there's space for everyone to learn, reflect, and grow.

SESSION TOPIC

In this session, members will share their progress in establishing recurring meetings with their mentor or mentee, exchange strategies for strengthening those relationships, and explore approaches for identifying and connecting with new mentors who can support their continued professional growth.
