PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

XM Studio is a new, members-only, certificate-bearing workshop experience designed to move beyond discussion and into practical application. Grounded in the five core competencies of experience management, this highly interactive two-part program helps practitioners identify critical organizational challenges, evaluate their impact, and apply actionable solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

Delivered over two sessions spaced two weeks apart (first and third Thursday each month), XM Studio combines expert facilitation, peer collaboration, guided assignments, and real-world application to create a structured learning journey focused on turning insight into progress.

JUNE WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

June’s inaugural XM Studio features Muss Haq and introduces the RU-CX Experience ROI Engine, a practical framework designed to help organizations identify hidden revenue leakage, uncover where customers disengage, and connect experience challenges directly to business performance.

The program addresses a common organizational challenge: understanding where growth is being lost, which customer friction points matter most, and how to prioritize experience investments with commercial credibility. The framework transforms fragmented experience data into actionable, leadership-ready insight that supports stronger cross-functional decision-making across CX, marketing, operations, and finance.

Participants will explore how the framework can help organizations:

  • quantify revenue loss and growth opportunity,
  • reduce churn and operational friction,
  • strengthen retention and customer lifetime value,
  • and improve prioritization and investment decisions.

Delivered in two parts, XM Studio – Foundations focuses on diagnosing challenges and understanding the cost of inaction, while XM Studio – Solutions helps participants apply the framework to real organizational issues through guided exercises and practical solution design. Successful participants will receive a certificate of completion.
