Designing for Behavior: Turning Experiences into Achievement Systems
This session introduces the Achievement Design Canvas — a structured framework for turning experiences into achievement systems that build confidence, reduce friction, and sustain customer progress. Participants will learn how to intentionally leverage behavioral tactics to deliver different value propositions — from personal progress and status to social connection and authority — and align them to measurable outcomes.
